Yasir Shah, the sensational Pakistan leg-spinner, has been banned for three more months by International Cricket Council (ICC). He was suspended from bowling earlier in December after his tests came positive. His tests were carried out in November last year.
Yasir Shah had used a prohibited substance which he confessed to the committee. According to him, his intention was to cure blood pressure.
After this ban, he will not be able play all kind of cricket till 27th March, 2016. He will miss three important tournaments including the on-going Pakistan Super League and the upcoming Asia Cup and ICC T20 World Cup 2016.
In January this year, Yasir Shah had appealed against doping suspension which was turned down by the committee.
